Driving instructions for those unfamiliar with Brigham City:
Driving to Brigham City Library: Take I-15 north. Ogden at this time has major construction from Riverdale Road exit to 12th North exit. However they are supposed to be done by the end of September and they are ahead of schedule. But if it is still causing delays...you might want to get off on Riverdale Road take the exit and go left (east) to Washington Blvd and then go north to 12 North and at that intersection turn left (west) toward I-15 and get back on the freeway. Go north to Brigham City. Take the second Brigham City exit (Forest Street). This street goes into a "T" at the County Court House. Turn left at the light (north) and immediate prepare to go into the city parking lot on your right. The Library is in back of the County Court House and City Hall.
Tour of Brigham City.
While at the Fall Workshop, take an hour tour of Brigham City. The tour will start at 4 p.m. at the Library Parking Lot. Ride in an open air trolley around town. A guide from Box Elder County Tourist Bureau will tell you about Brigham City....the only successful cooperative town from Brigham Young's era and the "real" gateway to the Golden Spike and the Bear River Bird Refuge. $2.00 donation per person taken at time of tour. You must pre- register.
The Fall Workshop is a great way to connect with friends and colleagues - and while in Brigham City, you might even want to make a reservation for dinner at the famous Maddox's restaurant!
