In attendance: Erica Lake, Jeanne Le Bar, Molly Youngkin, Jean Ann McMurrin, Dawn Carroll, and Alice Weber.

1. Final Review for the Fall Workshop

1. Discussed program schedule; made sure all presenters were set with their locations, AV needs, etc.
2. Carpooling was discussed. Those interested should contact other HEART members to make their own arrangements.
3. Poster sessions are STILL being accepted, if anyone is interested!
4. Registration is up online - may register until September 20th.

1. Molly attended the meeting in Erica's place - thanks, Molly! Please talk with her if you have any particular questions.
2. Results from the 2002 annual conference survey are now available. It doesn't appear to be online - Molly has a hard copy, which we can circulate through the round table.
3. November 15th is the deadline for submitting program proposals for the 2003 annual conference. Submission forms are online.
