- Minutes: Approval of August meeting minutes - Nancy moved to approve the minutes from the last meeting. Dawn seconded. Minutes were approved.
- Goals and Objectives: Jeanne had sent the revised goals and objectives to Amy, but they have not yet been added to the Web page. Nancy will request that Jeanne email them to her so that she can update the Web goals and objectives.
- Minutes from previous meetings have been posted to the Web. Future minutes will be posted. This will become routine.
- Annual Conference: The deadline for Annual Conference proposals is November 16, 2001. The planned conference workshops or activities are: · Peak Academy · Toxins in the Environment - Workshop by Nancy and Jeanne · MedlinePlus - RML staff (Kay? - Nancy will ask Claire about this) · Mental Health Information - Amy
- Poster Sessions: Does HEART have any ideas for poster sessions? There is a separate form for these.
Amy suggested a poster session on the Eccles Library International Document Delivery services. Alice suggested a poster session on the Utah Health Sciences Library Consortium.
- Fall Conference: Erika, Amy and Alice are putting together a presentation on MedlinePlus for the Fall Conference in Moab on October 26, 2001. Alice will not be going to the conference, but us participating in the preparation. Nancy recommended a practice run prior to the conference.
- HEART will meet on Friday, November 2, 2001 at 3:30 at the Pub in Trolley Square.
