1. Approval of Minutes. Minutes approved.
2. Debriefing on the Fall Workshop.
a. Small turnout at Health Roundtable presentation. 3 in Cedar City, 12 in Logan. Good chance to represent the roundtable and Eccles Health Sciences Library. Made contacts with librarians as result of each meeting.
3. Brainstorm and finalize submission for Annual Conference: "Digitization and Universal Access: Visions and Challenges @ your Library, May 5-7, 2004." Eccles Conference Center, Ogden, Utah. Deadline November 21, 2003.
a. Business Meeting proposal. Need to add to the beginning of one of the meetings.
b. Nancy is presenting a Neuro-opthalmology (NOVEL) project, titled "An Eye to the Future." She submitted her proposal prior to this meeting.
c. Dawn is copresenting a Bibiotherapy program with the Children's Roundtable.
d. Erica will propose a Yoga/Pilates presentation
e. Consumer Health presentation by Sally Patrick and Alice Weber.
f. Posters:
i. Liz is doing a 24 Language poster with Nancy.
ii. Liz and Amy will do a Mental Health/UCHIN poster.
iii. Jeanne said she would do a poster about Walking to co-inside with Yoga presentation. Perhaps give out Pedometers at luncheons as promotion?
4. Nancy will check into updating the HeaRT webpage. The history of officers will be updated, as well as the link from the webpage to UCHIN. (old UCHIN webpage).
