The Utah Consumer Health Information Network (UCHIN)

The Utah Consumer Health Information Network serves both health care consumers and librarians by directing them to information and educational resources. Its purpose is to guide consumers to online and local resources for health information, in addition to assisting libraries in serving patrons seeking consumer health information. Items are conveniently divided into two categories, even though both librarians and consumers may find useful materials on either page.

For Consumers
