Storytime Ideas

Just a Quick Note!

Storytimes don't have to be elaborate. And they don't have to follow a theme. If you like the theme idea, you could, for example, use a Duck Theme, add a few things from the color yellow from a Colors Theme, and maybe a few things from a Farm Theme or a Springtime Theme.

The most important thing is to be creative in choosing books for storytime. Children really won't mind what you do, as long as you read some good books and have a good time!

Be sure to check out the Storytime Related Links with more storytime ideas, fingerplays, songs, crafts, and how to make a flannelboard story!

And, most of all...Have Fun!
