ULA Multiple Individual Membership Processing Form

This form is designed for institutions who wish to purchase multiple memberships for their employees.
Fill out this form with the details of the number of memberships you would like to purchase on behalf of your employees. You will be contacted shortly with a Paypal invoice if you wish to pay with a credit card.

. She can export current institutional memberships in excel format so you can get a list of current ULA members at your institution.

Associate Member:
First-time member, Student, Half-time library employee, UELMA member, Retiree, Trustee, General Public.

Associate Memberships are $20.00 each
 

 Member: Persons employed in a library or library related setting more than 20 hours per week.

Memberships are $40.00 each
