Table Talks are semi-structured discussions for small groups on library
topics of current interest. Facilitators are asked to present topics,
prepare a short presentation to stimulate discussion, ensure that the
discussion stays lively and on track, and to develop one-page handouts
for attendees. Facilitators are given the opportunity below to describe
the topic and its relevance to today’s librarians, and to supply at least
two to three questions that can be posed to attendees to keep the discussion
moving. This year, Table Talks will be held during regular Conference
sessions on Wednesday and Thursday.
Instructions:
- Submit a separate form for each program you are proposing.
- Obtain all the information necessary to submit a complete and
accurate proposal form.
FYI:
- Internet access is not available for use with Poster Sessions or
Table Talks
