WHO ATTENDS
Expected attendance is 400-500 registered conferees, among who will be librarians, media specialists, administrators, and trustees, from all types of libraries and from all specialized areas of the library and related professions. We anticipate the strongest draw from librarians in the Wasatch Front area.

EXHIBIT HOURS
Thursday, May 6, 10:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; Friday, May 7, 9:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. (Includes a half-hour no-conflict time at the beginning and end of each day.) The exhibit hall is open for set up on Wednesday, May 5 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m. until the exhibits

DECORATOR SERVICES
Decorator services for the exhibits will be provided again this year by Modern Display. A packet of information on services provided by Modern Display will be sent to you after you register. Electrical and data hookups may be arranged directly with the Conference Center. BREAKFAST FOR EXHIBITORS
A special complimentary breakfast for exhibitors will be provided on Friday one hour before the exhibits open.

LUNCHEONS
Tickets for luncheons with conferees on Thursday and Friday are available for $15 each day.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Payment may be by check or credit card. For best rates, register by April 1, 2004. Assignment of exhibit space will be made on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of payment. See the registration form for information and how and where to submit payment.
