Relax, Refresh, Renew

Imagine that you are about to retire from your work at your library. What will be your legacy? What will people remember about you and their relationships with you? What purpose is there in your life and your work? This conference is a time for exploration of yourself and your relationships with others. This exploration is not meant to add additional stress and terror to your life--instead it is a time to reset priorities and make choices that line up with the things you really value. It is time to relax in your view of yourself. Relax the negative self-talk and invigorate your energy and enthusiasm. it is time to refresh your outlook. Look at your work and your co-workers with honest, compassionate eyes. It is time to renew your vision of yourself. The legacy you will leave behind is being shaped right now. There are great days ahead--you can make them that way!
