When it comes to communication style, men and women may appear to have little in common. Sometimes it seems as if we are from different cultures. In fact, we are! If you find yourself struggling to make yourself understood or frustrated because of friction between the men and women in your workplace, attend this seminar. It is not focused on gender bashing; it is focused on creating greater understanding of how gender differences impact your communication in the workplace.
